Emails can't get through

I have got Outlook Express and there is an email or maybe several) obviously trying to get through, but a wndow keeps opening up saying 'error connecting to server' or something like that.

Help!!!

How ironic, the 'stuck' email was from vodaphone, with my phone bill!
