Eircom.net email address

Can anyone please tell me how to delete my Eircom email account? I amconstantly inundated with spam,up to 80 messages a day. I can try to filter them,but some crappy stuff still gets through.Tried emailing customer support - but they 'couldn't help me'?? Thanks in advance.

Are you using Outlook Express?

Before doing anything have you got an alternative e-mail address? (Silly question but ..... )

In OE - got to Tools and click on accounts - delete the one you don't want. It will still exist somewhere but the mail won't be clogging uo your PC.
