Hi again! Just installed Norton Firewall 2006. I use NOD32 antivirus, but nortons Protection Centre says my virus signatures are out of date, even though they are not. The same setup is working perfect on my friends PC, and used to on mine ( i had to reformat my drive). Any ideas? Thanks.

Uninstall Norton and install AVG and Kerio instead. Free and work much better.

I've used Norton ever since I've had a comp, not because I liked it but I couldn't be bothered to change. But all that's changed now. I'd NEVER have anything Norton on my computer any longer.
For one thing it doesn't work very well and secondly it wouldn't allow me to reinstall it after a complete comp breakdown.
