get pictures off an old mobile without sim

Hi, does anyone know how to take the pictures/videos off an old mobile phone that I don't have the sim for? It's an NEC e228, on the network "3" and I don't have the simcard any more. I believe the pictures and videos are stored on the phone not the sim, and I sold the phone, and I would like to clear its memory.

have you tried to put another sim card in and see if you can send or bluetooth them to another phone it might not work but is worth a try
