Outlook font size

I don't know what I've pressed but when I write a new message in outlook or reply to a message, the font size looks huge! It looks like about a size 20, but it says it is still 12 and when the message is sent it is received as size 12. Does anyone know how I can rectify it?

Create a new message and on the top toolbar, just after "options" there is an "A" with 2 tiny arrows alongside. That is the font view size

I couldn't find that on my toolbar. I managed to work it out though, by going to View then Zoom. It was on 200%!
