Anyone out there have to subscribe to it, its not fair that we should be held to ransom on this, anyone agree? if find a lot of the time the internet is pants.

I'm about to move to Hull and I'm not looking forward to Karoo because they're expensive and I've been told nothing but bad things about them by friends and colleagues.

The only consolation is that the broadband helpline is a local number which is free with Kingston. Just as well considering the amount of times you will need to contact them to find out if the problem is your equipment or theirs.
