Web Design Book for beginner

Think this is the best place for this question:

I'm interested in expanding my design skills and wanted to learn all there is to building a website using Dreamweaver, Flash, Image Ready etc.

Does anyone know of the best book for someone who knows next to nothing about web design please? :D
