Caps Button making noise when pressed.

The computer makes a beeping noise every time the caps button is pressed. I have tried muting the sound. I have gone in control panel and selected no sounds in the sounds and audio devices thing. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Start - control panel - accessibility options -

Untick 'toggle keys'.
