Laptop crashed

My Advent laptop of six months has crashed and will not start even in safe mode. Did Norton restore to no avail. Any suggestions please?!!!!

I agre - take it back as if it won't start in safe mode then there is probably a hardware problem.

Yea, there was a hardware problem. Something to do with driver 32 blar blar. PC World fixed it over the phone.
