Nokia movies into Quicktime

Hello!

I can't remember if I posted this question or not on this topic so apologies if I am repeating myself:

I have a Nokia 6101 and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to get a movie made on my phone onto my PC and convert the file into Quicktime?

I don't think i was give any usb cables or cd drivers whn I bought the phone so im a bit baffled!

To convert the file (Nokia phones, as well as most others, save movies as 3gp files), use this program:

But to get the file onto your computer in the first place you'll need to buy a datacable for your particular phone.
