With a great amount of time and difficulty.
You can get film scanners which are quite expensive - the cheapest is around 200.
You have to labouriously scan each negative in.
This is presuming you want to scan all your pictures in.
You could scan in individual prints with a common or garden scanner and save them as jpegs but again that is really time consuming.
You could get a lab to scan them on to disk for you but this will cost a fortune.
No quick and easy way to do it but scanning in individual prints on a normal scanner may be your best bet.
The easy way is to ask for your pictures to be put on CD when they are being developed, or take the negatives back and ask for post-processing onto CD. Obviously a cost is involved.
As Gary says 'dedicated' film scanners are quite expensive, though good ones are now available AT sub 100.
I would opt for a standard scanner which has a built-in negative holder. These will allow you to scan in around four pictures simultaneously, and thanks to modern advances are very good indeed. Roughly 50 to 100.
