i have formatted before,too much hassle.
i dont have any problems at the minute.
i just want the best programme to eliminate errors when they occur

You must mean a program to fix errors, not an error remover. I highly doubt there is any 1 program for that. Each error has its own fix.

we who are not IT must assume that they are the same
correct me if i am wrong...but is there not spyware removers and spyware fixers.
some programs say removal of all errors,
some say fix,
it is only a term,
it was just a simple question to start with

Simple question maybe, but not very specific. What exactly are you looking for? Do you have an error or is it spyware?

Just make sure you have a decent anti-virus app installed, as well as running a spyware remover regularly, and a firewall.
