Drying ink
4 Answers
I have a Lexmark X-1180 all in one Printer. It is kept in a purpose built Computer cupboard seperate from the tower system, but when I use it say once a week I have to always clean the heads of the cartridge as certain colours wont show. I thought you could leave the cartridges for longer periods than that withought the heads drying out. Is there a reason it does this and is there a cure.

i keep it for scanning and have since bought a epson r220 which i use for photo printing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone its just brilliant at its job.
