Spammed by my own email???

I am getting daily viagara and porn spam emails to my Freeserve account.
When I check to see who the sender is, it is coming from various 'users' @ (my domain).Freeserve.co.uk
Have I got a virus or something and how can I stop it?

No, spammers may just be targeting your domain. Anyone can send emails posing as anyone else. You could get an email from [email protected] and it wouldn't be from Bill Gates.

What program do you use to check your email? You should be able to use an email client such as Thunderbird (free), which includes an effective spam filter that will at least move these types of emails to a junk folder so it doesn't get mixed up with the good email.

the "sender" indicated in spam is rarely the real one.
How did you "check to see who the sender is " ?
The only way to do this is to look at the ip adress indicated in the message headers ( which ain't easy )
