I'd like a freeware GIF animator with the ability to edit frames inside the program (simple line tools, text, brush, etc), maybe with a few wizards (not essential)? The best I've found so far is Easy GIF Animator, a fantastic little program, but runs out after 20 uses and I was hoping you'd have some other suggestions. Thanks!

Search for "Babarosa GIF Animator". This is a payware product although you can try before you buy. There is no time restrictions to using the trial version but a watermark will be visible wherever the original white background is still visible. To avoid this watermark, start by placing a big white patch over the frame. Sounds really long-winded but it takes no time at all.
