How do I delete "programs folders documents" names from the "Run" function. The computer memorises them on Windows 2000. "Delete" has no effect.

Download the appropriate version of TweakUI from Microsoft then go through all its options.

1. Download, install, and run Tweak UI for Windows 2000 .

2. When Tweak UI starts, click the "Paranoia" tab.

3. Check "Clear Run history at logon".

4. Press "OK" to close the dialog box.
