If your mobile has a removable memory card and you have a memory card reader on your computer, you can plug it in and transfer stuff across. If you have bluetooth or infra-red on your phone and bluetooth/infra-red on your PC, you can use that. If neither of these two apply you can usually get a USB cable that plugs from your phone to your PC.
