why am I getting this and is there a resolution? ps not my pc but would have thought getting blocked by isp?..maybe not paid last bill??
Assuming you have communication with your ISP, the problem is either:
that the DNS server address(es) have been set wrongly (this is a property of the TCP/IP transport, which is a property of the Network Connection)
you have preset DNS server addresses (as above) and you should be getting them automatically from TW
vice-versa
their DNS server could be down (not very likely)

You need to try and get the details of the required connection configuration from TW, and check yuor config matches this.

thanks for answer catso..problem was collegue had connected up all the cables etc to her new laptop but had not run the start up disk, unknown to me..she is ok now..J
