What are MSWMM files??

Had made a home movie on Microsft Movie Maker and tried to upload it to photobucket to get a valid URL but it came up saying that MSWMM files are not allowed.
Whats an MSWMM file and can i change it to make it work?
Please please help me! Im at my wits end!

MicroSoft Windows Movie Maker, ie. the file format the aforementioned software saves its files in. You'd need a conversion utility to change it to something else, depends what formats photobucket allows. Google turns up a few.

Having found out what formats photobucket supports (ask them as I have never used photobucket) and then search for something like 'convertor mswmm mpg' (if they support mpg or avi or mov or whatever) and that should lead you to various convertors. Some will be free which may be trickier to use as people won't have spent as much time making them user friendly and others will cost but should be easier to use.

Actually I need to correct that, brain not working properly. The MSWMM file is the movie maker project, you first need to save it as a .wmv file. In movie maker open the MSWMM file and then take the 'finish movie' option. If you save it to your computer it will create a file with extension wmv, you then need to find a converter for that if photobucket won't accept that extension.

So how excactly do i select this "finish movie" option? Will this automatically save the file as wmv then?
