Hay fever relief

Can anyone recommend the best hay fever reliever. I am really suffering this year.

I usually suffer badly with hayfever but have had great success with a one-a-day tablet from the local chemist.

Cetirizine dihydrochloride. No side effects and no sneezing nor itchy eyes. The ones I get are made by Numark and cost �4.79 for 30 tablets.

They are also called Piriteze.

My wife has Hay feaver and allagies and uses Piriteze, she went to the doctors to try and get on prescription, so the doctor prescribed something that contains the same as Piriteze, but she didn't find it so good.

I used a homeopathic remedy from Boots or from Holland and Barrett.

I use Opticrom drops for my eyes and Beconase nasal spray.

Both are available over the counter from chemists.
