Can someone please tell me what the name of the print style that newspapers and magazines use, where the pictures are all made up of small dots? Also can anyone tell me how to do this on the program Corel draw 10 or Corel paint? Thanks

It is called halftoning.
Don't know about Corel, but most image editors such as photoshop have a function where you can instantly transform an image into halftoning.
photocopied halftoned images come out better than normal photos.
Yes they are halftones. The picture is made up little dots which you can see if you peer closely enough.. rather than by solid colours.
