how do i make a 1.63mb photo less than 0.6mb - tried resaving with irfanview (As suggested by myspace) now its 14mb!

It's ok ive cracked it - but how do i shrink a video?

You can shrink a video using MovieMaker2 on any normal Windows machine. The way you do it is to load the video using MovieMaker and then save it with a lower quality setting, whichever one works best.

Of course you have to bare in mind that reducing the size of a video can vastly reduce its quality.
