hi i'm trying to verify my paypal account and they're meant to phone me to check i gave them the correct address but someone else picked up and hung up on the recording. how do i get them to call me back? they seem to want to send me a letter but i'm going away and wont be able to answer. thanks

just a suggestion, but I had an e-mail allegedly from paypal today as regards account verification - it was the most realistic Ive received but sent it to [email protected] who confirmed it was a fake - previous ones have been very amateurish regarding spelling etc. but this was a "good one" so I thought i would mention it just in case.
