We're trying to fill in a form on the site Made In China. At the end of the form, it's coming up with a verification box and you have to enter the characters (they have similar things on Ticketmaster etc) However, no box is showing, and the 'if you can't see the box, click here to refresh' link does nothing. We e-mailed the help people for the site (in China) and they responded saying: -

'Please make sure that your input status is DBC case. The checking codes input under SBC case will not be recognized.'

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I've ascertained that DBC stands for Double Byte Character(And SBC is single) but have no idea how to progress from here. Is it something to do with Chinese characters?!

Many thanks
