printable cd's

Do you need to buy certian cd's that can be printed directly onto. I have an attachment on my printer which will hold cd's but how do I go about printing on them.

You simply need CDs with a plain white surface. In practice, that means buying the unbranded CDs which most computer suppies shops sell. (i.e. your printed CD won't look very good if you try to print over a manufacturer's logo).

My printer (Canon Pixma IP3000) prints CDs. It's dead easy. Just follow the instructions in the handbook (or on-screen).
