Do you know what is on your credit report?

Out of interest, has anyone ever clicked on the sponsored link by Experian that offers to show you your credit record for free? Is there a catch, and was it helpful?

Just bear that in mind x good luck x
You should pay and get one sent to you!! I discovered that my wayward sister's bad credit info was ALL OVER my report!! So I had to go through and phone all the people and explain that it was not me and to take it off!! And they did. I also found that my previous bad neighbours were making my credit rating negative cos they never paid their bills. It is worth getting!!!
The free offer you mention with Experian is actually a 'free 30 day trail' for their full credit rating services. You have to sign up & pay about 40-50 but you can cancel within the 30 days to obtain a re-fund.
However, If you visit their site you can obtain your own credit report for a 2.00 fee.
