ipod connection in car

i have an in built cd player in my car but want my ipod to be connected to it. i heard i can go to halfords and ask to have it done. is that true? and how much would it roughly cost ?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Never heard of that - surely the cd player HAS to an an input for a jack or something. I know you can get players like that, so if I was you I'd visit a big Halfords and ask there.
Alternatively there's a new thing out, which costs about �30+, which you connect to the ipod, plug into the cigarette lighter, and it sends it to ANY radio player (no wires). Check out Halfords or PC World.

hi, i am using one from e bay �9 inc p&p,very cheap, go to mp3 universal accessories there are two sorts one with 4 x pre sets on and the other one with over 200 selections, i have ordered 6 in the past for my friends 3 of those have i pods and other 2 + myself have creative and all works fine. allgram.
