how do i get copy from scanner to comp then email to some one i,ve got scanner already please i am beginner (dunce) thank you

you should have some software that goes with the scanner - some form of photo editing software.
Within that there should be an option to select the source , it could be for Scanner, camera etc. once youve selected scanner you scan the photo and "save as" -- name it whatever you like and save it to any folder you wish - to e-mail you can just "attach "this file from where you have saved it.
Hope this helps, buy if you can let us knpw what software you had with the scanenr, im sure someone can be more specific.

May I just poke my nose in slightly and suggest that if you have an option which file type to save it in, choose .jpg as it's small compared to anything else making it ideal for emailing.
