I bought a second hand samsung d500 a few months ago - it was fine until a week ago - Now I can't phone out or receive calls but I can send texts and receive them. Have I accidentally upset the phone settings or what ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

im not sure. i know someone that bought a phone of ebay and it worked for a while then ttally stopped. when she phoned for help she was told that the phone was reported stolen and now blocked. now she no phone and no money !! not saying thats what is wrong with yours.
you could have blocked ALLcalls but you need to enter password for this. could you have done that ?

Hi maviscoull, no I didn't enter any password. Surely if the phone was blocked it wouldn't allow texts to be sent and received ?

i know. i have a samsung and i tried to block calls but it asked for a password. you could phone samsung tech help : 0870 242 0303. i have used them and they are very helpful. let us know how you get on ! mavis
