3mb of virtual memory?....Kerazzy.

Anyway, virtual memory is space on you hard drive that is allocated to be a RAM overflow. It is also known as a page file.

If you are using any version of Windows from 95 onwards then your page file is likely to be well in excess of 3mb but heres how to check.

Click start and open control panel, click system and then select the Advanced tab. Click the performance tab and then click the advanced tab. The bottom section of the window should now detail your page file size. If you want to change it then click....you've guessed it, change.

I would not decrease the current size of your page file unless you know you have enough RAM to cope with it. I do not use a page file at all but have 2.5gig of RAM to compensate.
Are you certain that it specifically said virtual memory? This doesn't seem to make any sense at all.

If it said 3Mb Free memory or Free Disk space, that would make a little sense, if the games are old ones. Many older programs used to include a routine to check for adequate disk space and/or memory, but are simply not capable of dealing with the large sizes we use today - hence they assume that there is not enough availabe, when the real problem is that there is more available than the programmers ever foresaw.
