i have installed zone alarm
a few times
still getting the same problem
the prob is
it seems to stop
a lot of web sites
from down loading
your help please

I have never had a problem. Millions use Zone alarm so it must be OK.

There are settings in Zone Alarm saying allow (or block) certain sites, is that set ?

When a web site wants to download something it usually asks and you can say yes or no.

Have a look at some of the tabs within zone alarm and see what is set there.
