Help I can't get Pics on the Net. When I start up I get them, after a few seconds --nothing. Help please.

You need to go into Tools/ Internet Options/select the advanced tab and half way down theres a box called "Show images as download placemats" untick this - then "show pictures" needs ticking and all should be well

Ok, here's what happned:- I restarted AGAIN and this time the Pics didn't disappear. However I shall copy your advice for the future and I want to thank you very much for taking the trouble to help. B.
