Hi guys,I keep getting triplicate answers to my questions off AB, why,and how do I stop this

You mean you get several emails telling you have answers to the same question? You can't stop this, as far as I know. Once you have a suitable answer though, go back to your question page and top-right will be a link to click to say the question has been answered correctly.
