Nokia Bluetooth headset.query

I've got a Nokia HS-4W, its not great, but I've lost the instruction book and I need to find out how to reset the connections and then hook it up to my phone again (Nokia N91).

Can anyone point me to a site that gives the isntructoins cos all I've found so far is Nokia marketing rubbish that tells me how great the equipment is but NOTHING useful AT ALL to help me actually operate it.
