I am buying a new computor and would like to acess tv via broadband.I have the base level broadband connection which is the best I can get and I cant get a decent tv picture due to the area we live in.Is it possible now or in the near future to do this and what spec of computor would be needed thanks

Hi traclenin, could you explain what you mean, broadband tv should be as clear as cable or satalite tv, you could try getting a digital tv card put in to your pc then connecting it to your outside ariel hope this helps !!!

I am in a very poor reception area not covered by digital,surounded by hills and trees.I was hoping to get tv down my phone line.It sounds ludicrous but I tried to get sky in but the installers would not fit it as they said it was impossible to get a decent signal.Im buying a new computor and wanted to buy one at a reasonable price that would cope with getting tv via broadband
No-one currently sends TV via broadband, unless you could the illegal stuff you can download.

Sky should work perfectly well though, provided your house isn't surrounded by trees blocking the signal or something.
