Apperently I've got out of date AGP drivers.
How do I update them? It's something to do with the motherboard isn't it?

It probably refers to your garphics card rather than the actual AGP slot interface on your mobo.

Check the website for your graphics card manufacturer and download the latest driver for it.

how do i find out what grahics card i've got wihout opening pc up?

To find out your graphics card go to START > RUN and then type in DXDIAG click OK and wait for the tool to load. Click on the display tab and the info will be displayed in the top left of the screen.
