I have my inbox as a list view, so if I want to view one of my emails I double click on it and it opens in a new window. Sometimes (and for no apparent reason) the new email will open behind the main window, and the only way to see it is to minimise the main window. It won't come to the front at all. I've tried clicking all over the place, and clicking on the emails toolbar rectangle (if you know what I mean), but this just minimises and maximises the email behind the main outlook window. Hope this makes sense. It's really annoying! Anybody got any ideas?

You need to look for a box that's says "always on top" and then take the tick out of it, that should do it.
