Is Ares legal?

I was just wondering whether it was actually legal to download music from Ares as it seems strange that you can download lots of music without paying a penny!

No it is not legal!! the programme itself is legal but downloading music etc without paying royalties etc is illegal.

But I think most of us do, to varying degrees of course, I wouldnt dream it myself ;-)
