Trojan Horse

My Uncle has recently got a virus on his PC. Everytime he tries to conect to the internet (talktalk), it re infects his files. He wipes the files each time and when he tries to re install his firewall, because he has to connect to the internet it just re infects his PC.

I only use a Mac, virus free which as you know are virus free, YAY. so I told him about you wonderful guys on here and how you would know what to do.

What virus scanner does he have? Tell him to update it, and do a full system scan.

If he doesn't have a virus scanner, then many on here will recommend AVG Free.

Thanks Guys, have downloaded a few trojan remover thingys and that one fo3nix mentioned, I did tell him to bin the PC and get a Mac, he told me to stop being so bloody stupid lol.

Anyway Im off to his to try what you said, thanks for the ultra quick reply
