does anyone know of a site where i can download a tone that a person hears when they are calling me instead of the usual ringing noise(if you understand what i mean) many thanks

hello,you will have at least 6 ringtones built into your mobile easy to change one to another but all phones vary on how to do this.(a young person you trust wil usually know)

i know what you are saying but that wasnt the answer i asked for. when someone calls me instead of the caller hearing the usual ringing tone, as you would when calling a landline, the sound when you are waiting for someone to answer but a different one, do you know what i mean?

used to be a service offered by t mobile but since dis continued ...

T-Mobile still have this, as do '3'. Don't know how to set it up but I know people on these networks who have songs playing when I ring them. They do actually work for those companies though and I don't know how this would be set up from a normal contract.

Personally I find it really annoying as you just think you have been put straight on hold or voicemail.
