send SMS from PC

Does anyone know a good free or low costs SMS from PC service? Low send-delay times are important, though I'm not too bothered about a reply function...

I've just set up a system for a friend of mine to do just this. Texts are same price as his network i.e 10p if you buy in 200's or cheaper the more you buy. You get a free 25 text trial to see if it suits you and I was very very impressed at the speed of delivery. This system send s them in the form of an email to (phone number)@esendex .net. Replys come straight into your inbox equally as quickly. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

O2 used to, about five years ago, offer unlimited free texts on line - they now limit you to 10 per month - hardly lifesaving stuff ..............
