well either your screen has packed in or your Batt. is 100% dead

if its the screen gone, then through it away it will be cheaper to buy a new phone.

Best thing to do go to The Car Phone Warehouse they have Ericsson and Nokia repair centres in some stores im sure they will help, but watch they dont push you to take out the Broadband and low call service. Its Crap
