If you are getting a business guarantee, yes - their support is great. If you are a home user and have a problem, I hope you enjoy speaking to people in Delhi...

The LEA that I work for has a lot of Dell's and I would say that they are pretty robust machines, but (as above) I wouldn't be so keen as a home user.
