PSPVideo9 - subtitiles

Having now downloaded PSPVideo9 to convert DVD's to my new PSP along with DVD Decrypter, it works perfectly. THe only thing is that I have a large collection of chinese Kung Fu movies. When I copy them to my PSP they copy over in their original chinese. Anyone know how to get the subtiles copied over too?? If not, is there a way of getting the dubbed version over instead??
