screen saver

I have tried to set up a screen saver (flying objects) which do appear if I leave the screen but only for a very short time before vanishing ,leaving my screen blank.
Would be grateful for some advice

It could be that the screensaver only runs for that amount of time. Try using a different screensaver and if that vanishes.

go to "My Computer. Open it upand go to control panels. Click on screensavers and this will show you the time which is set for your screensaver to be shown on the screen. Change the minutes to whatever you requie. Click okay.

You probably have the monitor set to turn off. On the screen saver tab, click the Power button, and check what setting you have for "Turn off monitor"
