Sending emails/posting on messageboard probs.

I have recently been having problems trying to send emails or post on messageboards etc (hope this works).

I can get to the sites no problem, but it woulds seem that any time I go to post/send I get the classic "page cannot be displayed" message.

Any ideas what's wrong?
