Microsoft Outlook Columns
1 Answers
Does anyone know how to align columns when typing e-mails in Microsoft Outlook please. I have tried copying and pasting from Word, but when you paste it across, it all goes out of alignment. When you just use the space bar in Outlook, it is not exact.
Thanks for your suggestions/advice.

If yours is set as plain text this will happen.
You could set it as HTML and try that BUT if the person who gets the e-mail has an option to read all mail in plain text then they wont see the columns.
You could send the columns as an atachment in a PDF document or even in Word of Excel.
If they only need to look at them you could send it as an attachement in a graphic format like JPEG or GIF.
