"No Connection" box

Recently, whenever I've opened my AOL browser, I've got a box appear saying "No connection to the internet is currently available." with 2 options- "Try again" or "Work Offline"

This usually only sometimes happens with Internet Explorer, which I do have, but rarely use.

How do I stop this box from appearing? It doesn't usually appear when I load up AOL, but recently, it has been.
