Uploading a photo onto Potobucket

I have a photo on a word doc and i want to put it onto photobucket but I cant so I transfered it to paint and kodak imaging but everytime i do the colours get all medded up and the oic looks rubbish, what am i doing wrong!

I mean, what quite are you trying to do with the pic in the first place?
(queue music to the psychic zimzam speaks) you want to get a photo thats on word to upload onto photobucket? do a google search and download Irfan viewer.....go back to word and put your mouse over the pic and press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. Then open Irfan viewer and just press Ctrl + V and you'll see the pic on the Irfan screen. You can then file/save (and save to desktop so you know where it is) you can resize a pic or do a lot more, just save the changed pic to desktop and then you can upload the pic from your desktop into photobucket.
