Does anyone know the laws regarding the signage required where CCTV is located.
My Landlord has just mounted camera's on his land which includes an area we rent for my storage business. Is it law for warning signs to be errected on all area's covered by the CCTV informing staff & public of their existance and who would be responsible for erecting the signs

Other rules apply where the area under surveillance is not open to the public. See the publications from the Information Commissioner linked at the foot of this Web page that explain the situation in detail, and suggest what to do if you have concerns.
